Athuga skal þó að hljóðeinangrun er lítil sem engin og við hér á Íslandi getum varla notað þessa lausn í útihurðir eða glugga  þar sem hita einangrun er lítil og því varmatapið mikið. En innandyra er þetta virkilega flott eins og myndir sýna.

Note that sound insulation is poor and here in Iceland and other winter cold areas these are not practical solutions as windows or doors leading outside due to lack of heat insulation. Inside, however, this look is really beautiful as the photos show.
